These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Post Trade Labs application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Post Trade Labs is an educational review tool. It does not provide investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
The Service lets you log trades, replay charts, and receive process-oriented coaching feedback (including AI-generated comments). Features may change, and some features require a paid plan or credits.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
You may use the app as a guest or sign in (for example with Google) to sync data. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app Profile settings.
Coach freezes, debriefs, and import helpers may use artificial intelligence. Outputs can be incomplete, wrong, or mismatched to your strategy. Always verify against your own records and judgment. AI feedback is not a substitute for professional advice.
Charts may show third-party market data that can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not guarantee accuracy or continuity of market data.
If you subscribe via Apple, the Apple Standard EULA also applies unless we present a custom EULA in App Store Connect.
The Service, branding, and software are owned by Post Trade Labs or its licensors. You keep rights to the trade content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (including sync and AI features you request).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRADING INVOLVES RISK OF LOSS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POST TRADE LABS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to defend and indemnify Post Trade Labs against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Some sections survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits).
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
